Terms of Service
Orders and minimum purchase
Rainbow Engraving LLC has a minimum merchandise order of $25.00 per invoice before sales tax and shipping. Applicable taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the minimum order.
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and pricing verification. If a stock issue, pricing discrepancy or material change affects an order, we will contact the customer before processing the affected item. We normally provide notice of a known stock issue within one business day.
Personalization and proofs
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate spelling, names, dates, logos, artwork and production instructions. Complimentary visual proofs are normally provided within 24–48 hours after usable artwork and complete order details are received.
Production does not begin until required proofs are approved. Approval confirms the spelling, layout, artwork placement, product selection and personalization shown. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production time.
Standard production is generally 3–5 business days after proof approval. Larger orders, special-order materials, supplier delays and rush requests may require additional time. Rush service may be available on in-stock items but must be confirmed by Rainbow Engraving LLC.
Event dates
Customers may provide an event date during checkout. If no event date is supplied, the system may use a date five business days after the order date for internal scheduling. An event date is not a guaranteed completion or delivery date unless Rainbow Engraving LLC confirms it in writing.
Included engraving and options
Standard engraving is included in the displayed price for awards, resins and plaques unless the product page states otherwise. Drinkware pricing includes engraving on one side. Second-side drinkware engraving is an additional $10 when selected.
Medals include an eligible 1½-inch snap-clip neck ribbon when shown on the product page. Optional medal-back personalization and other upgrades are charged according to the selected option.
Customer-supplied property
Customer-supplied items are accepted only after review. Engraving can reveal coating, material or manufacturing defects that are not visible before processing. Although reasonable care is used, Rainbow Engraving LLC is not responsible for pre-existing defects or unexpected material reactions. Replacement liability for accepted customer-supplied items, if any, will not exceed the documented value agreed to before production.
Artwork and authorization
By submitting a logo, design, trademark, photograph or other artwork, the customer confirms that they own it or have permission to use and reproduce it. The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized artwork.
Local pickup and shipping
Free local pickup is available at 9914 E Broadway Ave, Tampa, FL 33619 after the customer receives confirmation that the order is ready. Shipping options and charges are displayed or quoted separately. Carrier transit estimates are not production guarantees.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Most Rainbow Engraving products are personalized or produced specifically for the customer. Personalized, engraved, printed, assembled or special-order products are not returnable or refundable after production begins unless Rainbow Engraving LLC made an error or the product is defective.
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Orders canceled before artwork, special ordering or production begins may be eligible for a refund. Artwork, setup, supplier, rush, payment-processing or other costs already incurred may be deducted where permitted. Once a proof is approved or production has started, the order generally cannot be canceled.
Customers must review proofs carefully. Customer-approved spelling, dates, names, layouts, colors and product choices are not considered production errors. If Rainbow Engraving LLC produces an item differently from the approved proof or confirmed instructions, we will evaluate the item and provide an appropriate correction, replacement or refund.
Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within five business days of receipt or pickup. Keep the product and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Photographs may be required. Do not return an item without authorization.

Wait for a ready-for-pickup notification before traveling to the location. Pickup availability shown on a product page does not mean a personalized order is complete.
Shipping
Shipping services and rates are provided through Shopify and available carriers, including UPS when configured for the order. Delivery dates shown by a carrier are estimates unless the carrier specifically guarantees the selected service.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused package or unsuccessful delivery may be charged to the customer.
Inspect packages promptly. Report visible shipping damage, missing items or delivery discrepancies within five business days. Keep all products, cartons and packing materials while a carrier claim is reviewed.
Event dates and expedited orders
Providing an event date helps us schedule production but does not by itself guarantee delivery by that date. Contact Rainbow Engraving LLC before ordering if the order has a firm deadline. Rush production and expedited shipping are subject to availability and confirmation.
Personalization and Proof Approval Policy
Rainbow Engraving LLC provides complimentary visual proofs for orders requiring layout confirmation. Proofs are normally sent within 24–48 hours after usable artwork and complete instructions are received.
The customer must review all names, spelling, dates, punctuation, logos, artwork placement, product selections and quantities. Approval authorizes production exactly as shown, subject to reasonable production tolerances and the characteristics of the selected material.
Changes after approval may require a revised proof, added charges and additional production time. Color appearance can vary by monitor, printing method, coating and material. Engraving appearance can vary because of grain, finish, plating and other natural or manufactured variations.
Rainbow Engraving LLC will correct items produced differently from the approved proof or confirmed instructions. Errors contained in an approved proof are the customer’s responsibility.
