Ordering & Proofs
When will I receive a proof?
Complimentary virtual proofs are normally provided within 24–48 hours after we receive your order, personalization details and usable artwork.
How long does production take?
Standard production is generally 3–5 business days after proof approval. Larger orders, special-order products and seasonal demand may require additional time.
Is engraving included?
Standard engraving is included in the displayed price for awards, plaques and resins. One-side engraving is included on eligible drinkware. Additional locations or specialty processes may have an added charge.
Why do you ask for my event date?
The event date helps us schedule production and target completion before the event. If an order is not tied to an event, the system may use a standard planning date.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum merchandise subtotal is $25 before sales tax and shipping.
Products & Personalization
Do medals include ribbons?
Yes. Online medal pricing includes one 1½-inch neck ribbon with a snap clip on eligible medals. Available colors are shown on the product page.
Can the back of a medal be personalized?
Available medal-back options include a sublimated disc for $2, engraved Flexi for $2.50 or direct engraving for $3. Availability depends on the medal and production method.
Can I add engraving to the second side of drinkware?
Yes. Second-side engraving is available for an additional $10 per item when the priced option is offered on the product page.
Can you engrave an item I already own?
Yes, in many cases. Submit a custom quote request with the material, dimensions, quantity and deadline. We will review the item and confirm whether it can be engraved safely.
Pickup, Shipping & Availability
Is local pickup available?
Yes. Free local pickup is available at 9914 E Broadway Ave, Tampa, FL 33619. We will notify you when your order is ready.
Do you ship orders?
Shipping options and rates are shown during checkout when available. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
What happens if an item has a stock or pricing issue?
We will contact you within one business day when possible. Any pricing change requires your approval before we process the order.
